Looking for a very specific part: Nylon screw receiver things for door.

Hey guys. I spent the day installing some MLV insulation in my passenger door... lots of trial and error.

Speaking of trial and error, the MLV makes it a tight fit for the door card, and I accidentally stripped the two nylon popper/plug style things when screwing the door handle back in after installing the door card. Does anyone know where I can get a handful of these as replacements? Wish they used a tougher material. This nylon stuff is way too soft and easy to strip.
