Are 19" too big for my GT86

I would prefer 18" but I have got a set of 19" LM's laying around. So on to my question;

- how bad will the ride be compared to OEM 17"? Note that I will add H&R coilovers aswell.

I know that 19" isn't the optimal choice for handling.
My tire choice will likely be 245/30-19.

What is your experience guys?

What offset and bolt pattern? If they're 5x114.3, add at least 11mm for the Project Kics lug adapter. Take a look at this chassis specific calculator:

I don't think so either, i ran 19*8.5 with 225/35. It gets a bit stiffer than stock but the noise wasn't a big change.

This is with a 1.2" drop with H&R springs

I will fit coilovers so the stance should be fine.

Then the question is if 245/30-19 will fit? What offsets are you using?

I think it will fit, on a trackday i fitted 255/40-19 just because i had them laying in the shed and they were better than my 225's and it looked a bit stupid with 40 in thread height and it rubbed a bit. But yours shouldn't be a problem, especially if you fit coils. Those wheels were Subaru original extras so ET48

My wheels are actually for Audi and ET 48. With adapters I will end up ET28 or ET30. From what I have read it should fit nicely. I might be the first using MPSS in 245/30 since I have not encountered any other GT86 in that size.
