Helix mirrors
So I went to look for the polarized split glass mirrors from Helix today and could only find the "convex" mirrors and a few really shady looking "split" ones on eBay for what seemed too cheap.
Are the split and convex the same? Are the split no longer available? Does anyone know of these being counterfeited? |

convex is one mirror con-vexed one continuous radius/bend.
split, is split or two mirrors. not sure which is where, inside/outside. description says "Aspherical split-convex glass" so its not one radius, but rather two bends. again, not sure which is where. no point of making a fake, especially a low cost item that sells in low numbers. helix isn't that great of a brand, and plenty of people have problems with seals on their side markers. I trust 99%+ rating on ebay, and I check feedback if I am worried at all. I hope someone can post pics or describe what the split ones do. I don't want the stupid looking blind spot mirror stickies. |

The ones I saw before seemed to only be split. Now all the descriptions state "convex". I just wanted to know if these were the same out maybe they updated the design? Could I get a link to their website, I haven't been able to find them via searching
