Berk HFC Front Pipe install questions

For those who have had the Berk HFC front pipe installed...
1. Is the included gasket and bolts/nuts for the overpipe/front pipe connection? If so do I need to remove the heat shield?
2. Mine didn't come with the washers shown in the link. Is it necessary and if so what is the size/thickness? Where are they used at?
3. Do you reuse the OEM gasket and hardware for the front pipe/mid pipe connection? Mine didn't come with a drawn picture or instructions.

1. OEM Frontpipe has studs and bolts you can reuse to connect this HFC frontpipe, you can feel free to use the new gasket. Thats how mine went on and its fine.

2. Dont need the washers if you reuse the OEM nuts. Thats how mine went on and its fine.

3. OEM Donut gasket for the OEM catback slips off the OEM frontpipe and onto the Berk frontpipe then reattach using spring bolts. Thats how mine went on and its fine.

I didn't use hardware that Berk sent with FP. I actually was installing PERRIN overpipe together so I used PERRIN harware because Berk harware gave me hard time to fit. I remeber that the nut was bigger (16mm I think) and its catted so not enough clearance for socket or wrench to get in. If I was installing only FP, Im sure I was going to go hardware store to buy better bolt and nut.
