Good dealers for service in the GTA
Anyone have good experiences with the dealers in the GTA? Closer to the 401 the better. I've had some pretty crappy experiences so far with Pickering Toyota (Diagnosed warranty clutch work then later refused to do it) and Woodbridge Toyota (mechanic stalled my car 6-8 times from when I saw it happening, processed what was actually happening and got him out of the car)
Any recommendations for dealers that you guys have good relationships with would be greatly appreciated. Conversely any deal ships I should avoid would be equally appreciated. I could go to pretty much any dealer from Yonge & 401 all the way east to port hope. Thanks in advance fellas Side note has anyone gotten the squeaky clutch problem fixed and if so, from where? |

I've had decent success with Scarborough Toyota, even had my wife take the car there for an oil change without any issues or unnecessary up-sells.
They're also open crazy late (midnight mon-thurs) so after-work servicing is a real possibility. I've had 2 oil changes and a windshield replaced there. Good service is hard to quantify, it wasn't exceptional but it definitely wasn't bad service. Erin Park Toyota in Mississauga (the only other dealer I've been to) were SLOW for everything (2 hours for an oil change????) and didn't meet their quoted deadlines for HPFP fix they did to the car. Would not recommend.

I have been happy with Weitzes as well. Convenient location will be a factor in your choice I am sure.

I also had my diff and gearbox fluid done at C&C Subaru, they were happy to work on a Scion as well.

That sounds pretty good, it's a little farther west than id like to go routinely but if the service is good then I wouldn't mind it all. I'll give them a shot on my next oil change. Thanks for the tips
