where to get detailing / de-swirling / polishing done

Hey,

I'm in the spacecoast area (Florida) and was wondering if anyone here could give me some advice on getting my car looking brand new again.

Here's the lowdown, I've had my car for about a little over one year and want it to look brand new outside and in. After that I'll make sure to maintain it better. It's not very dirty on the inside and I know what I'm asking for is overkill but I'd rather have the car in impeccable condition.

Since I got the car from the dealer it had swirl marks but I didn't care about it really. At this point, I want the car looking flawless.

I went and got a quote nearby from an upscale, reputable Car refinishing place:

the description of the work is as follows:

"Full Detail - all over inside and outside. 2-step polish, de-swirl, and
wax with paint sealant."

I was quoted $530 (including tax). The quote was pretty basic and didn't have any kind of breakdown on parts/labor but just had the total price next to the description of the work listed above.

Does anyone know of any places that will do an amazing job for the same price or lower? I trust that this place that quoted me this price listed above will do an amazing job so if nobody knows of a place that might offer a better price, I'll just take it there.

Thanks,
MoBoSonOfA

Sounds reasonable. I'm wondering if the paint correction will be done right. Especially since you've had your car for a year now. There has got to be swirls all over! @MotorboatinSonOfA

Hey @Freshfrs86,

Thanks for the advice!

The car actually had swirls when I bought it brand new.
I might get another guy to do C-Quartz (lasts for approx. 2yrs) for $680 or OptiCoat (lasts forever) for $1080 instead.

This includes him detailing the inside of course.

I don't know how good the guy in the original post can decontaminate the paint but either way, I think it'll be smart to coat the car.
