Cigarette smokers who toss their butts...

All the #@%@ cigarette smokers that think its "ok" to toss their butts out the window to hit the cars behind them on the highway... It's like they're flipping me, the traffic behind me, and the rest of the world off by throwing their burning litter into our faces and then to be left blowing around where we all have to live.

Just venting because this happens EVERY morning and causes me to start my day in a foul mood...

I used to smoke..

I'd try my best not to allow that to happen, however I also gave no fucks if it did.

No longer smoke. One less asshole throwing out their butts on the highway.

Maybe car manufactureres should put ashtrays back in cars? And yes, I still think people should be accountable for their actions.

Any car i;ve ever looked at has it as an option, even if it was just a "cup ashtray" to go in the cupholder.

I don't miss cleaning out ashes out of the back of every single car I owned when I smoked.. The black leather back seats in my Infiti G20 looked grey after a few days.

Not proud of it.

This happened to me when I had my 8th gen civic. Me being the luckiest person on the planet, it got caught in my front grille and melted a part of it. From then on I always make it a point to creepily stare at people who do this at a stop light with my windows down.

Maybe we should throw water bottle out window in front of smokers ^_^

I let my anger get the best of me once and I threw a muffin.

No smoking in my BRZ, if I do in any other car I put it in the ashtray.

A buddy of mine was driving one day and the chick he had with him flicked her butt out, right into a cop's windshield. He ended up getting a ticket for her stupidity.

I agree with the OP. Was behind a car that had girls in it, smoking (as in, cigarettes). They thought it'd be cool to flick their butts (cigarette butts that is), out the sunroof. Dodged 1, but not the other

Note: Imagine this happening... without the cigarettes

I know a few motorcycle guys who told me they carry a pocketful of marbles or small bearings that way when someone throws something out in front of them they'll get ahead of the offending driver and then drop a handful of marbles/bearings behind them. I had an old guy, retired Navy aviator to boot, who was aggressively tailgaiting me in Virginia Beach traffic on a single lane stretch of road. When the road opened up into 2 lanes, he zoomed around me, came on his brakes, then threw a handful of peanuts out the window onto my Shelby. One of the few times in my life I almost lost it and followed the guy home. The worst part I wasn't even driving slow, I was doing the posted speed limit. Figured he had to be some disgruntled fighter jock with a fragile ego.
