Gas mileage for first tank
I filled up the gas tank for the first time. I had driven 349 miles and it held 11.2 gallons. It works out to be 31.1 mpgs. This was done while mainly commuting back and forth to work.
I would expect it to easily get 35 mpgs on a extended freeway drive after the engine loosens up some.

32.1 on my first tank. 364 miles, about equal mixture of spirited New England back roads, city and some short 60 mph cruises. I've got a feeling that once I'm banging into the higher revs where the VVT lives, my mileage will plummet.
Your results may vary

I'm only at 65 miles and the computer that calculates the mileage in the car is steadily climbing. It reads 21.1mpg now. I'll report back once I go through the entire tank.

Yes, whenever you quote mileage, the result is way more useful if we know if the car is MT or AT!

I haven't been that nice to it. Had a quarter tank they filled it after we put 8 miles on it durring the test drive. The car is over 250miles now. Average 23 need to fill up tomorrow. I'm trying to have a little fun. And this is a automatic. Been doing lots of nannies off m shifting in sport mode.

33.6 mpg with MT. my first manual car, so i was worried about messing up shifting and getting subpar fuel economy, but the results are pretty nice! mostly highway miles with some mountainous terrain and twisties.

That gives me some hope. Right now I am at 180 miles and I still have 1/2 a tank. a 110-120 was all highway with a bit of stop and go on the freeway.
