Indeed Scot Hall did go downhill, but he looks good now thanks to DDP. Getting back in shape, no more drugs and alcohol.
I haven't seen a picture of him recently but this is him during WrestleMania of this year.

I remember the Invasion storyline when McMahon acquired WCW. That was probably my favorite time.
