Buddy Club Taillights issue...need help.

So I had my Buddy Club taillights on my car for the past 1/2 year, worked great. Today I noticed that one of the led lights is not working. I was wondering if somebody can tell me if its the wiring issue or just a light bulb that needs to be changed and how easy/hard is it to do. Here are the pictures and the videos below. The right taillight is the one that has problems.

P.S. Sorry for shitty pics just took them a few moments ago and its dark outside.

How its supposed to look/work

The one that's not working

Here is a video of a turning light

You can barely see it but the top corner of the turn signal doesn't light up either.

I haven't seen a resolution for this, and luckily I'm not affected by this, but: Start with the basics: Change the bulbs. Check the wiring. Re-solder as needed.

Edit: I've only seen posts about this with the USDM lights that are DOT approved. Mine are the JDM version, and I haven't seen anyone else w/ the JDM lights having this issue. Wonder if they're wired\set up differently.

Thye're not bulbs, they're led lights. It would require some soldering.
