Which one first?
Should I get coilover first before I get my wheels or it doesn't really matter? Which one would be a smarter choice to do first? Thanks.

What's your goal? Take to track? probably coilovers. Just want it to look nice? springs and wheels. You'll likely get a ton of different opinions soon as well.
Just do what makes you happy.

Then why Coilovers? You will be fine with Springs. Much cheaper too.

What springs would you recommend for a DD?

Coilovers first, dial in alignment (see if you need control arms) then wheels
If you got the cash just buy them same time and once alignment is OK put wheels on. If you are going for hellaflush you will need wheels and suspension at same time and have budget for control arms ready to make sure everything fits the way you want.

Doesn't sound like he's going that extreme though.
OP, I really don't know too much about springs, but if you're just going for a slight drop to close the wheel gap, then a ~1" should be fine, depending on your tastes and roads. Check w/ the vendors here for recommendations.

Coils. W/ camber plates. Maybe you can't fit the wheel you want on a stock set-up :P
