Flossy Grip Rod Texture Match

Hey,

I've orderded a red Flossy Grip Rod and I am considering matching some interior trim parts to the same or similar color/texture.

So far my considered methods are plastidip, and vht wrinkle plus

Can anyone that has a grip rod, and experience with either of these products give me an idea as to which would match better ?

I ordered my shift knob 2 weeks ago and haven't seen it yet, so I'm not 100% sure as to which is the better option,

Thanks in advance!
