Changing the factory head unit
I'm satisfied with the sound of the factory speakers but what's bugs me is the head unit I have to crank up the volume up to 40 to hear the speakers
so if I changed the head unit will it make a difference ![]() |

No, the head unit won't make any difference. You will have to change your amplifier device to make a difference. What head unit may do is allow the speaker to go to its full potential, but that usually doesn't do any difference.
Hope I answered your question. What usually people do is change the amp and add a very little subwoofer in their trunk. It doesn't have to be a very expensive one. Just so the bass of the song goes through the sub |
