I do an intense detail myself every othe month. Foam gun wash with a separate cotton sponger per pannel, dry it separate sham wow per pannel, clay bar it. Repeats the wash/dry, tape off plastics and trim. then do a full scratch/swirl remover then a layer of polish, sealant and finally a full carnubean wax. Then I get to do things like door jams, windows, tires, interior and engine bay. it's about an 8 hour job start to finish but that's with hookah brakes lol

I have a friend that does good detail work as well. His name is Johnny. 593-927-4303 he will usually work with you on a price. I tought him how to detail lol. After my friend Jacob switched careers from car business to Garda armored trucks I don't go through shops. Most are way over priced at least in Gresham/Portland area and dont pay as much attention to detail as I do.

Home garage but he details cars from a few used car dealerships as well as a lot of our friends and friends of friends. He's done plenty of expensive cars including an R8 and the new stingray. He won't over charge and he does a good job.
