Engine oil viscosity for hot climate
I live in Saudi Arabia the climate is hot the temp is 27°C to 41°C and in the summer it will reach 51°C. So is 0W-20 good enough for this climate because in the user manual they say 0W-20 is proper oil viscosity for the engine.

The manual also says "SAE 0W-20 is the best choice for good fuel economy and good starting in cold weather." My bold.
It also says "An oil with a higher viscosity (one with a higher value) may be better suited if the vehicle is operated at high speeds, or under extreme load conditions" I am suggesting that a higher viscosity would be appropriate in your situation.

Seriously, 51°C is just crazy.

A good quality 0W20 should be capable of handling high heat, but if I were you I'd be fitting an oil cooler as well.
