My photos from WRC Rally Finland 2014

Hi, a couple months back I was in Sweden for WRC and this past weekend I went to Finland for the same reason.

Only editing done was a quick toss into Photoshop where I hit "Auto" for white balance and things like exposure and so on. I have no idea how to use Photoshop TBH but I think I'm getting the hang of this camera stuff.

Next day we went to Special Stage Karakisto which is a transformed version of the very famous Ouninpoja stage (butchering the spelling).

Mikko Hirvonen is my favorite but he's lost all confidence after spending so many years behind Loeb....

So some background on this; when Juho Hanninen went by I took a peek at the shot I took and noticed he had lost his fender, and turned to everyone I was on the stage with and made a joke about it. Later on I was told he had lost his windshield so I went back, zoomed in, and sure enough I happened to have the shot.




I was very drunk at Paijala stage so not too many came out great




Next day started at Jukojarvi where I was badly bitten by some red ants. My left leg is still sore...

















We were very close to the action. On that stage. At the next stage, Leustu, we were even closer....

Loved it, atmosphere was great and the people are very welcoming. Helsinki was beautiful too I have pictures of my day there if anyone is interested in seeing.
