Need help painting my shark fin

So a buddy of mine just recently bought me a trd shark fin for my ultramarine fr-s. It's unpainted and I've never done any car painting stuff before and want to try this out on my own. Can someone link me or teach me how to prep and paint it? Materials to buy, good websites ect. Much appreciated!!

1. Clean and wash with dish soap to remove any contamination that will ruin paint job.
2. Scuff up the surface with a red scotch brite pad or 320grit sandpaper ( helps the paint adhere)
3. Order a can of custom mix ultramarine basecoat from here: http://www.automotivetouchup.com/tou...ion/2013/fr-s/
you spray 3 coats waiting about 10-15min in between coats.
5. After spraying basecoat you then need to clearcoat it in order to give it a shine and protect the paint from the suns uv rays. I recommend Spraymax 2k clearcoat which you can also order it in the link above. I would spray 3-4 coats of clearcoat waiting 15-20min in between coats.
6. Let it dry overnight before installing.
Let me know if you got any questions.

I would recommend using some adhesion promoter between steps 2 and 3 above.
