Scraped the lower side skirt + Scratch on car door :*(

So about two weeks ago I turned too sharply and scarped my tires. Just noticed a few days ago I hurt my underside skirt thing as well on my drivers side of the car.

Also, the other day, I come out and theres this scratch on my car door with a mark. I'm not sure if its scratched or theres something hard stuck on my clear coat (ran my nail over it but I can't tell), tried using my nail to scratch it off and using a quick lintless cloth, I couldn't get it to go away.

What do you guys recommend for me to fix this? You think buffing/polishing it will do it? I haven't had time to wash the car yet but I will soon, I know that these will still show a little though... :-/.

I have an oribital buffer but I've only used it a few times, I've been trying to look up buffing and polishing guides but honestly i'm not sure exactly what to do for these.

Suggestions?

Thanks guys.

So I Cleaned and polished/waxed and the only scratch that remains (besides on the rough part of the underside skirt, is one right above it). It looks like just clear coat though but I could be mistaken for the silver of metal...

I'm not a body repair guy or a detailer but it looks like a lot of the damage could be buffed out. Just my opinion from the pictures. Good Luck.
