Debating Bags
Recently purchased a 2014 Monogram, and first step I'm considering is bagging it.
Thinking of going with the Airlift kit, anyone speaking from experience or knowledgeable background, can you recommend anything? Why do so many people go coils vs. bags? Does anyone know if I can rock stockies without spacers for airlift kits? Appreciate any help, thanks.

One can buy a set of coilovers for $700. They are going to be shit quality, worse than stock but there is cred value in some social groups in being able to say "yeah bro, got these awesome shocks, make my car handle better than sliced bread". The entry price for coilovers is a lot lower than for bags.
Depending on what you are trying to do with after market suspension bags can be a viable option but there is a lot of them vs us mentality. Don't forget everything's a compromise. if you want to be able to drive the car low, coilovers.
if you want to drive around not particularly low, but be able to take pictures of your fenders sitting on your tires for the internet and impress nerds at car meets, bags bags lower the car by reducing their effective spring rate. if you actually want the car to be functional, you increase the spring rate as you lower the car. until manufacturers figure out a way around that, coilovers are a more ideal choice. that is, unless you really care that much about how the car looks parked.
