FRS / BRZ Crickets Fix

Well guys, after many months of having to deal with the chirping cricket sound I just couldn't take it anymore. I figured they had to be coming from somewhere, but where so I started looking. After several hours looking under the hood, I thought I'd take a peak under the seats.

This is what I found, a large bag of crickets. Frankly I'm amazed that Toyota and Subaru went through the trouble of hiding these under all of our seats. But never the less here they are. So if you hear the chirp just look under the seat and take these guys out.

Problem solved! Your welcome.

Alternatively, pump gas directly under the seats to get rid of crickets.

Only 93 octane though. Anything less might not work.

Make sure it's ethanol free as well.

The bag of crickets will magically appear again in a week or so.

I had a bag of those in the back of my BRZ a couple of days ago. 20 large for the Rankin's Dragon.

Hey! Don't post in two year old threads if you don't have any knowledgeable information to add.
