SoCal Lease Takeover - 2014 Whiteout FR-S 9k Miles 6MT $305/month 18k/yr mileage

Kind of a dumb question, but what's the first step in taking over this lease? I know I have to fill out a credit application, but do I fill out their standard app, or is this something I need to call in for?
