Just finished installing the new wheels and tires so I figured I'd start the post. Too late for pictures tonight, but I'll add some tomorrow.
Wheels are per the thread title. Tires are Hankook Ventus V12 K120, I.e the new model, in 225/40/18. I'm on the stock suspension with OEM crash bolts up front with -1.5* of camber on both sides. The wheels clear the spring perch by maybe 3 or 4mm but there is definitely space when I looked from underneath the car. The tires have plenty of space. I did a quick spin around the block and there was no rubbing even at full wheel lock on both sides. I had 3mm spacers ready just in case. The wheels are closer to flush than stock but don't poke at all, which I like. Weight for the wheel and tire combo was 41.4 lbs, which was exactly what the stock combo weighed on my scale. Tomorrow they face the pothole obstacle course that is my drive to work. |

Looks awesome.
I always like how a nice set of wheels just transforms a car's look. |

Classy, and the bright silver really pops with your Ultramarine.
Any plans on lowering?
