3inch front pipe question

I have been toying with the idea of an aftermarket front pipe for a while now but I'm not too sure if it'll give me a ton of rasp. I currently have borla uel headers and muffler delete everything else is stock. My question is 1. Would a new 3inch catted front pipe give me tons of rasp and 2. Would it make my exhaust deeper and more bassy or just louder overall?

are you over 400whp? then there is no need for a 3 inch front pipe and you still have a tiny stock mid pipe. A catted one will be louder without the holmotzerrrr....whatever that things called but shouldn't be raspy. (no experience with that setup though) Probably will drone. Have you thought about getting a local muffler shop to make you a front pipe/mid pipe with a small resonator in it? You might be surprised by the price compared to a front pipe. And that would mean a more consistant exhaust size and a better choice of a resonator to control drone and rasp.
