lost our puppy today.

I dunno why I post things on here sometimes. Just need to tell someone I guess.

Our little one year old boxer pup got a case of bloat and passed away tonight. Nothing we could do. I would never wish this feeling on anyone. Its absolutely awful.

We're both having a hard time accepting it. Loss of a pet is terrible.

I'm sorry. I am a dog lover as well, and on some temporary moving jobs this summer I met some nice folks, and as a * moving company * we accidentally left the backyard unlocked, and 2 puppy labs got out, and we had to chase them around the hood for a good 45 mins, but thank god, they were alive, even after those two crossing two major city streets.

I could not live with the blood guilt, but, I am sorry for your loss. =/

I am truly sorry for your loss. The wife and I have 2 puppies that are getting on in age (11 and 8) and my younger boy dog has some lumps we are worried about. I am not looking forward to any bad notifications. I wish they could stay around as long as us.

So in an age of regrowing human organs and eyeballs, knowing what exactly is inside of an atom and its interactions on a subatomic level, we still havent been able to make dogs and cats live much longer

I agree that boxers are awesome. We have a boxer mix that we rescued over 4 years ago, sweetest girl ever. Dogs are a part of your life, but you are their entire life. Love them and treat them well. Sorry for your loss.
