Paint is in good condition and has always been garage kept.

I am the 3rd owner (non-smoker) with pink slip in hand, CLEAN title

Oil was changed about every 5000 miles using synthetic oil 10W-30 paired with Honda OEM oil filters. Transmission fluid and rear diff fluid was changed at 45,000 mile using Amsoil products. New battery was also put in about 8 months ago.

License plate tags renewed for 2015 (May).

Sumitomo HTR Z III 215/45/17 on the front & 245/40/17 on the rear with good amount of tread left.

The car is in very good running condition with no mechanical issues and shifts smoothly. Air conditioning is ice cold. Interior is very clean with both seats in good condition. Exterior is in excellent condition. Subwoofer gives a great bass to complement the stock system. Exhaust is slightly louder than OEM but well under California dB limit with little to no drone during highway driving. Rims have no curb rash but has some small nicks from normal driving. I average 23 MPG combined city and highway.

Radio door has several scratches on it. ONE door ding on the driver side door. There is a quarter size rip on the convertible top near the driver side latch which is currently patched with Tearaid A on the outside and Tearaid B on the inside. The rear bumper and taillight was replaced due to an accident in 2011 where someone rear ended me (professionally repaired).
