FULL MOON DRIVE

Who wants to drive to a good place and catch the full moon rising

Maybe Mnt Hammy?

FULL MOON DRIVE

Tonight for the "honey moon"? I think most of us will be at the Dublin meet. Maybe we can all roll somewhere and take pics.

Moon rise is at 9:10pm tonight.
For me at least, the plan is to do Mt. Hammy tomorrow morning.

Thought was to be someplace up high where you'd be able to see the moon crest the horizon - which would be the same time as sunset
Sorry, didn't think it through though - forgot about Dublin, and Hammy tomorrow

It's still a cool idea. Hmmm I wonder if Patterson Pass would give a nice view eastward to see the moon rise? @finch1750

Yeah. I would imagine it would. At to top hairpin there is an overlook with decent views north and east.
