New Asphalt @ Pacific Raceways, drive on it!

So for everyone who has ever driven Pacific Raceways, you know that the pavement from Turn 7 through turn 9 is well... long overdue.

Turn 7 had a nasty bump. Entry to T8 was like braking over small speed bumps. Turn 8 was like gravel held together by 60 years worth of tire rubber and used motor oil. The exit of turn had these consecutive bumps that tested the cartilage in your spine and the bump stops on your dampers.

ALL FIXED!

In April they paved Turn 7 to the exit of Turn 9. Now what does this mean? FASTER LAP TIMES!!! Turn 8 and 9 are what lead onto a very long straight.


So come out and lay it down on fresh asphalt! JUNE 13TH

I have to agree. Turn 8 was a blind Bitch of a turn, and extremely rough at that thirty years ago on a motorbike. Happy to see repairs are in order.
