Eibach pro-Kit without bumpstops?

Hi all,

Just bought a set of brand new Eibach Pro-kit springs from a German shop. But after opening the box i see they don't come with bumpstops or dustboots.

Is this possible? I see them listed everywhere with bumpstops.

Thanks

Mine came with bump stops and I believe one set of boots because you reuse a stock set? I forget. Definitely should include 4 bump stops.

Yup, 2 Dust Boots and 4 Bump Stops come with the kit. Part numbers should be listed in the manual as well!

The instructions suck. It does not say which bumpstops go in front or rear. You really do not need instructions as long as you can figure out which spring goes where and same for bumpstops.

And their explanation of how to install bump stops with dust boots is nearly impossible so you're pretty much on your own anyway.

@johnnie i used to work at autoshop, always make order from eibach, all the eibach springs come with bumpstops. if the box you bought don't have bumpstop, it could be used.

The springs are labeled, but the stops might be generic. The bump stops marked "F" go on the rear.

I installed the pro kit, and the height is perfect for me. I don't scrape, drag, or rub with the 18x8.75 +35 XXR wheels with 225/40 tires. I installed the pro kit three months ago, and it's been great. A week ago, I noticed that bumps in the road offer a much more pronounced sound and feel than before, particularly from the rear driver's side. At first I thought that perhaps a spring was a bit loose, but after tightening everything, I still get this noise and a bit of a thud that I didn't have before. My next thought is that the rear bump stops have been crushed. I haven't had a chance to check them yet, but I was wanting to ask for some input. It's driving me crazy. Anyone have this experience?
