WTB: TRD or other Exhaust for my FR-S (Charlotte NC) - Toyota GR86, 86, FR-S and Subaru BRZ Forum & Owners Community

I'm in Charlotte NC and looking to buy an exhaust. Prefer the TRD exhaust but I'm open to others (I sat through probably 15 different videos and many of them are very similar; I prefer a deeper mellower tone). I'm not looking to spend the $800-$1000 that some of these run new which is why I'm looking used. Must be in excellent condition with no issues, uncut, etc.

Get the Borla Catback from Amazon, I just got mine for $710 and love it. At cruising speed you can't even hear it. Its a great exhaust.

I do like the Borla as well. I had one on my C5 Corvette and loved the sound and quality.

Hoping to find something like a used Borla, TRD...I actually like the Flowmaster sound as well even though it doesn't look like the highest quality out there (but for $485 new...).

I'd like to get one after the original owner took the ~50% hit. Not in a big hurry but I've missed a couple by not checking out here enough. Ergg!

I like the flowmaster sound too (but I have only heard it on youtube).Stuff for this car costs a fortune and it's tough to stomach $800 for an exhaust but keep an eye out on amazon they have good Borla deals now and then. I spent $750 to get the Borla to my door but after I got it installed it was all worth it

Not sure if you've listened to it, but the Invidia n1 is really deep and bassy from what I've heard and you can get one brand new for $482 shipped

I did PM on the N1 but didn't hear back... It seems like it's a bit more of a "loud or raspy" exhaust?? I'm trying to keep in my head all those that are deemed deeper/smoother/not too loud:

Borla
Flowmaster
Perrin
Magnaflow
