not just oil... trans and PS coolers too... interestingly, diffs were omitted.

There isn't a way to access the content of the letters is there? The steering wheels in Street thing seems odd. Was cursious what they were asking for (airbag wheels or vastly different sizes?) and what their rationale for asking for it was. I understand the potential advantages it might offer, but without the content I'm not sure where/who/what might have benefitted from it.
People ask for some unusual allowances, with some dubious justifications behind it.
