Confusion related to Nigel fog light set up

I ordered the fog light kit with the on/off switch from nigel-jdmparts and i'm confused regarding how to wire them..I was looking at some posts and pictures on here and i'm still confused..

The first pic is the wire harness that I was sent, the second pic is a wire harness that someone else posted on here, i'm confused because mine doesn't have the ground wire and ignition wire near the switch so i'm unsure how they should be wired or if I have the wiring set up correct. I'm a newb so any help is greatly appreciated!

Thats odd. I ordered the same kit and got the bottom harness, not the top one.

Just try putting the two leads onto the battery and a ground, hooking up a light, and seeing if the switch works.

If it does, you will just have to make sure you turn them off every time you get out of the car...
