Haha. Think I'd honestly prefer it stays NA. Course I'd have to drive one with FI to be sure. A few more NA ponies wouldn't hurt though...

It's been said many times that the instant response of NA was preferred over the HP/TQ gains of FI. If they wanted the car to be boosted from the factory they would have done so.

this car should have come with the 2AZ its such a better motor and can make a bunch of horsepower with a turbo setup.

Yeah, so many people just want a road missile, and that's not what this car was built for. Small lightweight NA power plant is just right.
That said, I'm still planning on going SC in the next few years. Mostly because I'm at altitude and would like to regain what this car was meant to feel like. |

sigh*
another thread with people acting as though they know(knew) better than the designers. this is why the aftermarket exists, if you want FI there are plenty of threads with people who have made the jump, research it, save for it, and add it.

that seriously has zero to do with the motor fitting under the hood, the regulation is something like 20mm of distance the 2az would 100% work and is a better option. I honestly think I am going to put one in my car soon if i don't put my sr in it.
