Places to visit in Japan
Hey guys, I decided to take a last minute trip to Tokyo this saturday. Does anyone know of any places I might have missed? Especially for some 86 goodies? Here's my list so far..

Too bad you can't take your car there. You could drive through the Gunma area if you know what I'm saying.

How long are you there for? Keep in mind that the workshops are typically a fair way out of the centre of Tokyo and not particularly convenient for public transport. They're also workshops full of people trying to do their job and don't really sell parts to walk ins, the order and install parts for people who drive their car in. If you want to wander around and look at lots of parts the super autobacs in shinonome is the easiest and quickest to get to and has a big selection. Not the best pricing but you'll get to see lots of stuff. If you're really really desperate for the workshops send me a pm and I can explain how to get to them but keep in mind places like Jun will take a few hours just to get out to from central tokyo.
Also don't forget there's more to Japan than cars, after all Tokyo is the best city for nightlife in the world. |

^^^ this, lol
Fck cars haha. I'll be there to eat, drink, party, see the sights the streets the people, etc. Nightlife/clubs/undergrounds are getting cracked down lately though and the club music scene is dying because of the no-dancing law (Osaka was cracked down hard already first..but Tokyo is now) ..so I wouldn't exactly say it's the best city for nightlife in the world. |

Get a temporary international driver's license from AAA. Rent a car from here.
http://www.omoshiro-rentacar.com/ Enjoy. the prices are based on 6 hours, 9 hours, and 24 hours rental charges. Cheaper rates if it is more than a day. Jacky |

Like mentioned there's more interesting things to do than cars... Food is a must, if you can handle something different. Next is shopping, and prepare to spend more than the US. Just explore the city, I would recommend Shibuya, Shinjuku and Harajuku. Roppongi is a little played out due to all the foreigners. I would recommend hitting up places with a sky view, Tokyo looks amazing at night. Take a day to look at traditional sceneries away from the city. Lastly, hit on the cute women.
