Ultimate racing resonated exhaust?

Anyone running the ultimate racing 2.75 overpipe and front pipe (resonated no cats) with the 3 inch exhaust (resonated as well) with an equal length catted header?

Will be going FI in the future so going with this exhaust. Want it to be tolerable in the mean time.

wondering how it sounds with the specific combination. Not too many sound clips with headers online. Or any combo with headers would be helpful.

Order placed for the overpipe and resonated front pipe along with the resonated catback so I'll post videos when I get it in.

It's too bad nobody was able to answer your questions. I'm sure many people are excited to hear the results, however!

I'm curious as well. Have 3" Perrin resonated and trying to figure out setup that will keep sound levels down once I add headers

Ultimate racing resonated exhaust?

I did get a private message from a member but not sure if he has headers or not. Now that I'm reading not sure if he has 2 resonators as well.

The exhaust quality is good. Because it is 3" diameter, it sits a little low out back because is has to go down and under the rear crossmember. Also, the front portion as it transitions from the overpipe to the horizontal section dips down. I've not had too much issues but have scrapped the odd speed bump if going too quick.

At wide open throttle at above 4500rpm, this exhaust is awesome. Loud, tight and beautiful. Has the a trumpet type resonance but deep and low.

At cruising speeds it does not drone, but it is a little on the loud side for my taste but my co-workers tell me i'm old.

My biggest issue right now is the first 90 seconds of cold start. THe car goes into a high idle and it is a little on the loud side. After about 90 seconds, it goes into stage 2 cold start idle and sound fine. I know that i can feed about 1% throttle and it tricks the ECU into going to the 2nd stage cold start so i control the loudness in the morning.

I am not FI.

If your going turbo, then I wouldn't worry too much since the turbo will quiet things down quite a bit.

Youtube has a few videos but they don't do it justice. The UR site has a few videos too.

There is a video of a white FRS on jack stands and it goes through the cold start.

LEt me know if you want more info.

The single wall is sick!
