Newbie Question!
Hi all,
I've had my FR-S for a couple of months now and I've started wondering about the track and the cars performance in its stock form. So what's it like to take a bone stock FR-S to the track? Also (please don't bash me for this), what does an LSD feel like compared to an open diff? I was messing around in an abandoned parking lot today and when I took a corner hard there was a "thud" in the rear. Like as if the rear end was moved over mid corner. Didn't hear any tire screech. Was that the torsen kicking in? Planning to track the FR-S soon but doing some research before hand. |

The "thud" would be your electronic stability kicking in, and activating ABS.
The car comes with a mechanical (gear type) LSD. A Clutch type will be more progressive, but possibly more intrusive for street driving. As coincidence would have it, this was built today...
