Help with wheel\tire size for a DD on Pro Kit

I'm looking to get a set of wheels for the summer. My car is currently lowered on Eibach Pro Kit with no camber correction as of now. I prefer to go with the widest wheel possible since I will be going FI soon. I am clueless when it comes to wheel width\tire sizes\offsets etc. Im going for a square setup and I want to know which is the safest combo to go with for a DD. I do not plan to roll fenders or anything like that.

I'm going with XXR 527's in matte bronze. The offerings in 18" are below:
  • XXR 527 18x8.75 Matte Bronze 5-100/5-114.3 [+20mm]
  • XXR 527 18x8.75 Matte Bronze 5-100/5-114.3 [+35mm]
  • XXR 527 18x9.75 Matte Bronze 5-100/5-114.3 [+20mm]
Which wheel\tire combo would be good for a DD running Pro Kit?

Any help is appreciated!

@B-R-Z More study is required if you really want to know what you really need to fit the widest and yet under the stock fenders.

Offset - Higher number (Tuckedin), lower number (Poking out)
Stock is 17x7 et48. I have 17x8 et45. It's only 3 mm apart, but since the wheel is 1 inch wider, it is much closer to the fender. I would search and look at many many different wheel setups and know their wheels' specs!!

@frslee - I'm trying to feel out who has a similar to setup and get their experience with it.
@mashal - How wide are your wheels and do you rub?

18x8.75 +35 with 245/35/18 tires.

It will still poke ever so slightly in the front though.

Better than the other options.
