How to Ship A Front Bumper - Toyota GR86, 86, FR-S and Subaru BRZ Forum & Owners Community

Last time I shipped a front bumper via UPS Freight, I almost lost all the money the seller paid for it because of packaging materials, tracking, and shipping. What's the easiest/best way to ship a large front bumper?

I'm looking into Greyhound, but idk if I can fit a bumper + lip kit. Also, any packaging tips would be helpful (where to find boxes/bubble wrap cheaply, how to wrap bumper most effectively, etc.).

Wrap bumper in painters tape. Drive to said destination, peel off tape, remove bumper.

greyhound is the best bet.
use cardboard for the corners and just bubble wrap the rest.

meh I wouldn't bother try ship a bumper, can't find a local sale?

Maybe ask an ebay vendor how they ship their bumpers as a "potential buyer".

Greyhound. I've shipped a few bumpers/exhaust/fenders in my day via greyhound. It's relatively inexpensive as long as you're buyer is willing to pick up the package from the bus station. As for packing it go to a furniture store and ask for empty large furniture boxes and get lots of bubble wrap. You can custom make a box out of cardboard slip sheets too
