The car lost control around the corner and slid into a metal fence and concrete block

That looks awful

Initial speed 77km/h, hits a curb that punctures the tire, then goes sideways through a fence and finally stops at a concrete block that does that damage to the side? It's plausible.
Car could have slowed significantly by the curb and the fence. Pictures from the actual scene would help.
-Why do you ask?

The impact was done at 77km/h. No picture of crash site sorry. But the site was a big concrete block and metal fence. Realistically, I don't believe the damage could be this minimal at 77km/h.

What he said. Initial speed might of been 77, but the final impact was no where near 77.

Curb > Fence > Concrete block.

There is a lot of energy to be absorbed by the first two before it hits the block. Also using the video as reference is a pretty poor idea due to the fact that in the video the car would hit a block at 62 km/h, perfectly square, and the block is perfectly designed to impact the side of the car in a controlled manner.

The results of a real world crash are almost never like those completed in a controlled lab.

We're missing parts of the story here.
Who says the impact was at 77km/h? Even the driver has no way of knowing, because the car was going sideways at that time and the speedometer doesn't do lateral speed...
Why is the third and final impact speed important? For insurance purposes I'd think the speed when the accident started is the key to determine driver negligence, if that's the issue here.

Why is the impact speed important?
This. Even if you were staring at the speedo and it said 77k, if you are going sideways that has no bearing on our actual impact speed.

These cars seems to loose control by themselves a lot. Should be a recall.

If you're asking if we believe that the car was going sideways with a vector speed of 77km/h when it hit the concrete block that did that damage, my answer is no. I'd say less than 20 km/h.

Uhm... @handsomegirl
Deleting the original post and the photo, and not explaining what this was about, is really not very nice.

Sorry. I just needed quick answers. So what happen was the Black Box showed at the car was going at 77km/h 2.7 seconds before the impact, but prior to that, I believe the car has already lost control. Thats why I'm a little confused as it seemed that the insurance is saying the car is hit the fence at 77km/h. Where as I believe that as the car lost control, the wheels were continuously but the velocity of the car is not 77km/h. I believe 77km/h is calculated from the spinning wheels.

Note: the weather was moist and road was quite slippery
