Fender Liner Dilemma

So I'm trying to change my signal bulb and my fogbulb... But I can't in life get the fender liner to open up...

When I try to open it, the top part won't let me open it, the bottom part won't let me open it.. :<

Any tips ? The service manual said only remove these 3 screws.

Removing the screws underneath help a lot. It still will require some force to push the liner out though.

There is no screw underneath.. It's flat, I can't turn anything underneath. :<

Use a flathead screwdriver and slowly pop out the heads. (The middle circular heads)

that flap where you removed the 3 rivets should flap open. then work your way up and it should slide out.

It does take a bit of force.

It's a tight fit but with enough force you'll be able to penetrate your way in there. Maybe some lube will help. Be gentle, yet forceful and it should open up real easy for you.
