Sprintex blower heat soak

@DarrenDriven @stockysnail @NickFRS

I will be custom fabricating a part (and making two in the process, since the gov does the same thing) that I am *very* hopeful will lower the heat soak of the Sprintex blower dramatically. I'm planning on verifying this temp drop with IAT numbers and laser temp readings. If you guys are interested in such a "contraption", let's talk. If it works, it might be something I'm willing to sell.

Depending on how it goes I may be interested. We could compare it to my temps with the Innovate intercooler as well.
