OEM+ 400 vs reference

For those of you that upgraded from the base kit to the reference what was the difference in sound? Did you find it very noticeable?

I would go with the reference system. When I compared the size of the stock vs the reference speakers as well as the way those speakers seem to make a difference to the music I am glad I got them
