2014 Scion Display Audio problem

So after installing & connecting everything for the SDA w/ BeSpoke, my usb/aux plugs(the one on the center console, not the back of the HU) aren't working properly. USB isn't connecting to the headunit or charging my phone while the aux plug is producing incomplete audio unless I wiggle around the aux cord. I have tried connecting the usb/aux cord into both the headunit and the extension box to double check if it was a connection issue and it wasn't. So before I actually get the part replaced, is there any other testing solutions I can do?

Have nav on it? If so you have to connect the thick grey wire to the nav not the hu.

Yeah. I have nav on it. It is plugged into the nav, not the HU right now. Still getting problems aux/usb not working properly. The dealer had decided to replace the aux/usb port under warranty. The weird thing is that, if I have the usb and the aux plugged in and being used at the same time, both will work without any problems. If only one or another, the problem arises.
