After Market Shift Light
Hello I have an after market shift light (glow shift) and have tried to intall several times but nobody could do it because they said it is not compatible with our cars (i have a gt86 without shiftlight). Does anybody intalled a shiftlight before ? How to do it? Please help thanks

We are working on installing one in our Track FRS. The stock shift light isn't that visible and we want something much brighter. I'll let you know our progress. We had a post that said you can tap into a "Pink" or "Pink & Blue" wire in the ECM, but when we tested it didn't work. We are looking for other options. I also heard the negative ground on the ignition coil could work. That is our next test.
If anyone has installed one, where did you get the signal for the green lead? |
