Has anybody driven both evo x gsr and evo viii?

I want to buy an evo x for next year but I've been hearing a lot of talk that the evo 8 was still the better car. I honestly rather get the x gsr because of the unique look and the fact that I can basically get a brand new one. I would also like a 6 speed on it but I guess 5 would do. And the only problem I'm hearing about the x is that the clutch wears out really fast, but only if your drag racing the thing which I'm not really into, and that's not hard to replace. Any ways what are your thoughts about each? The evo x gsr 5 speed and the evo viii 6 or 5 speed.

I have an EVO 8 for sale with a built shep racing trans and plenty of tasteful mods if you go that route.

I driven an Evo IX MR and Evo X GSR. Preferred the IX MR for the way it drove -- it felt a bit more raw, connected, and responsive.

The X is the more refined of the two. Looks less cheap and boy-racer.

Both fun cars, can't really go wrong. If you like the X GSR, I'd go with that.
