Virgin BRZ limited - Need ideas
Hey guys, purchased my BRZ about 3 weeks ago and loving it but it's time for some aftermarket parts for some better exhaust. I've been out of the import scene for awhile so there's a ton of new vendors I've never heard of. Perrin has a nice sound, deep which I like, not really into the rice burner sound. I'm looking for now to upgrade the exhaust system and prep for either a turbo or SC. The Vortec SC looks nice after a reading a project post on this site. Whats your thoughts on exhaust setups, I'm check the classifieds as well based on your feedback. thanks guys!

Nameless has a great exhaust system, I'm running the 3" inlet 4" muffler axle back setup and I love it, it's a bit pricey but worth every penny! quality is up to par

I really like my Milltek system. It also has a deeper, OEM+ sort of sound (similar to the Perrin). It's also several pounds lighter than stock, which is a nice perk.

You guys wouldnt happen to have any youtube videos of your cars would you? So hard to judge sound quality online, im ok with a pretty penny as long as it sounds good.

Two very nice systems, thanks for the feedback guys. Now I saw where Perrin paired with Vortec on a system, would there be any negatives if I went with one of these. Also, here's a newbie question, you guys order this online?? My last import was a 93 TT Mazda RX7 if that tells you anything. |

You should get an exhaust system that comes with a muffler that has a similar design to the stock unit so you don't upset the car's aero.
