Sparco Pro Corsa Wheel

Hello everyone!

I was wondering what the general consensus of Sparco Wheels are? I know they are cast, but they are made by O.Z. and they carry a decent reputation.

I have been in the market for a mesh style wheel along the style of the Enkei Raijins and was looking for some input on how it compares to the Sparco Pro Corsa. As far as I can tell these are brand new and tire rack won't be shipping them until March. No one else even has them listed...

Also, if the weights are comparable in 18x8, i might pull the trigger on the sparcos as they are about 200 dollars cheaper, and i like the look of both wheels equally. just really looking for some input here.

Sparcos are solid. Keep in mind that nearly every mfg has this exact style in their catalog. So look around, get the precise color, size, offset, but most importantly construction (e.g. gravity cast, flow-formed cast, forged, etc.) that you need.

Had a pair 3 years ago on my Legacy GT, I really liked them. I believe Sparco wheels is part of OZ wheels nowadays.

My only issue with my sparco assettos is the offsets available. At +48 it's already to high. Add my track based camber and I need spacers to set in a decent spot

Sparco wheels are good. They ARE made by OZ. they use some sort of casting that gives light weight (not super light, but good) and low cost. I'm a big fan.

I had the assettos on my previous whip, a MKV Gti. They were a bit lighter than stock wheels, looked nice and didn't cost a fortune. The paint finish wasn't the strongest - seemed like they put juuuust enough to cover and no more. That's my only gripe, but for 118 each or whatever it was, I'd buy them again.

I am looking at these pro corsa wheels now. I always wanted a good priced mesh-style wheel on every other car as well as this one. If the weight for 17x7 is under stock weight, I'm in. Though I may wait until next year - I bought the assettos the first year they were out in matte black, and the next year there were a ton of colors added. I really want these corsas in glossy gunmetal!!
