Never fully understand why people say looking for cheap ? Prices are pretty much the same in the GTA give or take a few dollars , u should be asking who has the best customer service and stands behind what they sell .As for install look for a shop that knows what they are doing and not just price again it will save u tons of headaches in the end .
Good luck on ur search ... My recommend list JRP will price match plus if u tell him ur on the fourm he will discount as well plus he carrys stock . Uniq performance again another good place . Install well only 1 place for me

Don't know Ivan but he has gotten some good reviews for what he does . I personally use Cyrious Garageworks Pat and the guys are awesome at what they do .
