I too purchased the CREE LED's and bought a set of these as well. These LED's are FAR BETTER and actually light up behind the car and not directed out to the sides. I can actually see backing out of my driveway now without having to ride the brake for additional light.

Also the CREE LED's caused a weird issue where I would lose FM radio signal when I shifted into reverse. When I was taking them out, I messed around and rotated them in every configuration possible to see if it went away and it did not.
