I had this same debate. I think in their own ways they look great. I ended up with 5 axis as the price point, it being prepainted, and no drilling was required. Couldn't be happier with my choice.

Maybe you should consider making this a poll and see some votes too ontop of opinions

If you are looking for other trunk spoilers/lips there is a spoiler thread...I just can't find it right now.

If you only want to make a choice between the 2 of those, then I would go with the 5AD one, I have it on my car, and it looks great! I get compliments on it, and it looks 1000x better than your other choice.

Open the boot/(trunk) and look at the mounting hardware.
The factory brz spoiler has recessed bolts that are hidden by rubber hole caps.
Most aftermarket spoilers are held on by bodgey bolts that protrude through the boot and rust , or just double sided tape that comes unstuck with washing the car/driving in wet weather.
