Aftermarket seats for bigger folk
I was wondering if anyone had any experience with racing seats for bigger people. i say in a buddies Bride seats and they were WAY too narrow. I'm not huge but wanted to get input on any seats that might be a bit wider in the seating area. I like Recaro and Sparco and don't plan to buy immediately but its hard to buy something like that and not be able to really try it out first. They do not need to recline in case anyone was curious. Thanks for any input.

I'm 6'1 and a 36 waist and I fit fine in my buddy club wide seat. I have also sat in Corbeaus and they run very large if its not their race version. I have also sat in some XL Sparco race seats and they also fit great. If you want cheap one the Sonic motoring seats..the SP2 fit me but hurt my hips and its hard to get out of. Hope that helped.

Find a local vendor for them and try them. Racing seats are like shoes and you really need to try them out first.
